On weekdays, I usually wake up early at 6:00 am. Then I take a shower, have breakfast, go to the gym 3 days a week, and go to work to teach classes or faculty activities. I don’t usually watch series and visit my mother.

On weekends. I usually have lunch at a restaurant, spend time with my husband or my friends, go for a ride my husband or family, and I dance in the park.

I usually wake up at 5:00 a.m. and make my bed. Then, I make breakfast for my baby and my wife. I yake a shower and I go to work. I teach in the morning.

At noon, I eat a lunch and I relax for a moment. In the afternoon, I continue working until about 5:00 p.m. After work, go to house and take a shower. I don’t like to exercise.

In the evening, I have dinner with my family, watch a movie, or read a book. I usually go to bed around 11:00 p.m.

Hello! My name is Anyelo, I'm from Nariño and now I live in Jamundí, I'm a teacher at Uniajc. On weekdays I get up early , I take a shower at 5:20 then I do my breakfast and go to the University at 6:00 o'clock by motorcycle,I have lunch at 1:00 pm, in the afternoon I usually do the homework, I study,I read a book and sometimes I watch movies, I have dinner at 8:00 o'clock then go to the bed. On weekends, I do housework, I go to walk , sometimes I go to ride motorcycle or bike, sometimes I go to cinema or go to eat out.
