Since straitstime.com contradicts the source 3 it is unreliable and hence not useful. 

Source 3 is false when its purpose is considered. The source is mainly produced due to the unhappiness of the previous owners of the units who are unsatisfied with the workmanship to the premises. This led to them having an ulterior motive to tarnish the reputation of the living complex by releasing the doctored photo hoping that future residents would not purchase a unit there.
