this director is well known for his weird ideas and manged to keep producing things that have never been seen before. in this video the director is able to relate the video with song. through this screenshot, you can see a tunnel of blood and he is falling through and endless lope. i think that this part, is too emphasise being trapped in this place that he can't escape, hence the name song 'all girls are the same'. i also think he gave the artists eyes a bloodshot look to it to represent him being hurt and that its going worse. Cole Bennet has been consistently been able to work with a variety of artists and at this point he is just as big as them now, which is unlikely to happen in the directing industry. this song has 97 million on YouTube and also has +200 million on spotify. things i sould take from this video is that i need to try do something that hasn't been done before as i think it will make me unique.

I've only recently found out who this director is and i don't think that he is that good compared to the top directors currently. when making 'racks on racks', you realise that they must of had a huge budget when creating this video, especially when you see them doing to CGI for 10 seconds of the video, the location was also something not many people can achieve as it must to take a lot to get all the props to the location. the reason i think it didn't to well was because how saturated the editing was throughout the video and i think it can be slightly overwhelming for the viewers. one of the reasons i think this didn't go well, is because when comparing to his other songs they've got +100 million views on YouTube compared to this one which happens to be his lowest viewed video at 25 million.

this was produced by someone you has low funds but did sell well due to his unique way of showing the main characters emotions. this was their first video and i think it came at well as it managed to get 11 million views however i don't think its looked at too much now, as it was produced over 5 years ago. this does occasionally come back onto the internet though as people think it's funny due to how it was so dramatic it is still being posted around Instagram as a memes. this is something i could try to do if i wanted my music to last a long time.

throughout this video i felt very interested by what was going on as it's something i haven't seen before. i also liked how they would reference the prop that was shown in the video like when lil uzi said "strings" they appeared with the lyrics and it was done multiple times. however i did it was a bit disturbing to be seeing near enough naked people. lil uzi vert's "that's a rack" video pays a homage to renown french performer artist Yves Klein with his aesthetic of women who play instruments. i think this would by quite disturbing to look at for the younger audience. i'm not sure if this video going to go well right now as it has only been posted for a week and has 4 million views. i think i'll try add a shots that look like the word but not do something extreme like add naked people.

i think this video really showed how a director can have an effect on the viewer, as not long ago he did a song called 'kamikaze' that was similar but had a story too it and i think that's why people were drawn to it however in this video its very plain and boring too watch as there was not much story. i also think that props were unnecessary as no one seems to care about the car you have, as its quite frequent to be shown in music video and i think the audience is uninterested by this. compared to hit song noticed that has 105 million on YouTube his most recent one has unfortunately got 2.8 million. one thing that i know i shouldn't do when creating my video is stand in front of my car and brag about how rich i am, as i think that is a lazy way of telling a story.
