The web application will have a payment gateway meaning

that online transactions will take place. According to 

Legislative Decree Number 28 with respect to electronic

transactions, Article 4, that the processes and procedures 

must be highly guaranteeing a suitable security of these 

electronic records. 

 

Potential Ethical Issues

The web application should present data 

confidentiality in an effective way, according to the

Telecommunications Law of the Kingdom of Bahrain, 

Decree Number 48, Article 23, where the members are 

entirely prohibited from revealing any personal or

Potential Social Issues

According to the Amiri Decree Number 15 of Penal Code in 

Bahrain, Article 92, it is completely prohibited to post any 

picture that contains unappropriated expressions, meaning

that the pictures used in the application should be 

thoroughly chosen. 

 

 

Potential Professional Issues

According to the Constitutional & Liberty Issues and

Political Issues, it has been started that it is refused to force 

an individual in participating in a survey. To make the web-

based application more professional, users will not be 

forced to rate or write a review.
