         <description><![CDATA[<p><br/></p><p>Is there a way to offer much more timely support for students who show up to school for the first time with extremely high needs? Currently, we have an overwhelming number of students arriving at school unable to function safely (violent outbursts, emotionally out of control, near constantly disruptive to their own learning and others’ learning), but the system requires such a long wait for them to get help. </p>]]></description>
