Part of this group, instead of trying to think about  their own feelings and what is not going on with them, choose  throwing themselves head over hells into their job, trying to forget everything . 
It really happens with many people, but it doesn’t work well, because they’re not focusing in the real deep problem that is how to face their feelings and their thoughts with others.
