In my practices I've experimented the collaboration work with my colleagues, it means , if we're teaching science and arts we create a project that help students integrate the knowledge,  the subjects and learning experiences through differents views. Besides, when we talk about the designer standard we use to design an activity in which the students interact with a platform and apply their knowledge.

the platform  or the program called : Global scholars".
for example past years ago we worked on the basic topic about The City. they showed other students from differents countries like: Pakistán, Russia; Uk, USA, their own city, the places, traditions, transportation, etc. 
it was a meaningful experience for them and they learnt a lot about different countries; of course, they have to use the same platform, and we worked in a collaborative work.
it was really amazing!

The standard 2 was the most interesting for me, I usually talk with my collegues about new apps to improve not only our students skills, we use some tools that help us to have easy tasks. We have been using zipgrade to check our multiple choice tests. As leaders, sometimes we use flipped classroom, which is the type of class students search information and watch some videos related to the topic. In my school we have a youtube account where teachers explain topics related to their areas. Students can also record explanations to help others. They had to explore them and apply them in many different learning environments. This is about the use of different tools into classroom. How to motivate students for english class and they appreciate this and learn more about this language.  the use of websites facilitate the process for understanding such as: google site, blogspot,  some tools like prezy for making english  explanation. so 6 years ago I applied a project using different subjects in a blog and this allowed students interchange ideas.
