         <description><![CDATA[<div>The school already has many of the processes in place - SDT team to come together to realign processes and synergise these processes<br><br>Helpful when you have KP who is also overseeing SEN, Counselling and see how it aligns to the areas overseen by the KP Student Well-being<br><br>Identify prevalent issues in the school instead of trying to address all the issues<br><br>SDT Team to work closely together - collaborative effort to stem out problems<br><br>Getting buy-in from teachers&nbsp;<br><br>Building the teachers' competency </div>]]></description>

Cyber activity: report those undesirable ones to the discipline comm<br>7.          <description><![CDATA[<div>1. Different support structures coming together to create a web of support for students<br>2. Some schools merge the monitor and PSL role. Other schools have class monitors and separate PSLs, the latter drive class bonding activities. The challenge is to help lower sec PSLs level up to be independent enablers, instead of just carrying out instructions.<br>3. Regular meetings for PSLs to share positive stories on what they've done. The training for PSL creates awareness about what they can do to help. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>1. SDT to meet and share info of issues raised by FTs/students<br>2. 1 of the FTs (FTs by streams eg. Exp/Na/NT) during CCE/Home Room lessons to share with AYH. No need to hold the teachers back after school to discuss on issues raised. Sometimes SL will join in and Cockpit team will also provide attendance data.<br>3. Using technology to better monitor the students to track and early intervention. Also, to involve parents.<br>4. Weekly character mgt team meeting with AED and Sch councillor : check in with each other on any students' issues&nbsp;<br>5. FTs or Character Coaches to update dossiers of students either soft or hard copy to better track on students' well-being<br>6. Challenge: Students have lesser social interaction/not talking much with each other as their eyes are glued on the screen. </div>]]></description>
