3. Using technology to better monitor the students to track and early intervention. Also, to involve parents.
4. Weekly character mgt team meeting with AED and Sch councillor : check in with each other on any students' issues 
5. FTs or Character Coaches to update dossiers of students either soft or hard copy to better track on students' well-being
6.
