According to the text, "The Incas had no currency, so they paid their taxes in form of goods and labor."  To do this everyone helped out at their house. The text provides an example when it says, "As they grew older, girls took care of the babies, fetched water, cooked,  made clothing, and learned to weave." Another great achievement that was accomplished by the Incas was there beautiful buildings and cities up so  high in the Andes mountains. These both prove hardships for the builders in the Inca culture for many reasons, for example they could have been set up with a faulty building idea from another area, and if they are digging tunnels there may be a chance for the cave to falter or collapse because they needed transportation. The Capac Incas were the most important, and they were the ones who watched over the resources, like the llamas and gold. The Lowest class were the commoners. As well as this, the roads allowed the Incas to warn other kingdoms of danger or visits in advance so that they were a stronger and more efficient empire overall.
