It’s okay to say that you’re not okay. And that means your feelings and emotions are valid, no matter what they are.

Maybe that’s not exactly what you’re going through, but I’m sure you’ve been working hard. You’ve been dealing with a lot. Everyone has their own struggles, their own issues to work through, and sometimes things don’t turn out the way you want them to.

Basta alam mo na okay lang na maranasan nang buong buo ang nararamdaman mo.

Hello po! I would just like to share na I've finally decided to seek counselling again since nagre-relapse po yung mild depression ko (I was medically diagnosed last 2019 and I thought fully recovered na ako). The decision really came with accepting the fact that I can do this battle alone. Fighting!
