For the body and the mind. There are quota we have to fill and a lot of my co workers have to work on multiple things at a given time. Deadlines are very pressing. We all work standing at machine controls or using our hands. There's oil everywhere from the machinery and heavy parts. I do a lot of moving parts and boxes, I tend to have a lot of pain in my lower back and knees.
