It was an effect of the first Rome World Food Conference. They have changed their efforts many times throughout the course of time. It was founded by three gentlemen; Robert W. Fuller, Werner Erhart, and John Denver.  The CEO currently is Mary Ellen McNish, and the headquarter is located in New York, New York.
