Once again thank you ma'am, we are grateful to you, Sr. Regi and Sr. Rosamma for arranging such a wonderful workshop.

Father Albert's speech is what touched me the most, it made me even more motivated to be the best of what i am. And how can we forget those small beautiful activites that had a great impact on each one of us. It feels really blessed and privileged to see our teachers working this hard for our change and of others. I am really grateful to all those who organised this workshop that includes  respected teachers, Our Principal Sr. Regi and Vice Principal Sr. Rosamma. Once again a heartfelt thank you to everyone.

The speech that father Albert gave was insightful and it was fun to hear a person giving his real life experiences as examples to us . Him balancing spiritually as well as worldly things is something i look forward to achieving in my own life as well . 

All in all the whole student council , teachers as well as sisters together , we made today a wholesome day✨.

Today's session was an indeed a great experience, there were uncountable learnings from this session specially Father's speech, we got many more ways to be an excellent leader. Those small small activities that we had, taught us how to work as a group, it also helped us to know more about others, their perspective and their ideas. It is more easier for us now to work and collaborate with each other. The activities also helped us learn so many valuable things in such a practical and fun way. 
I would like to thank sisters and our lovely teachers from the bottom of my heart for such a great session today💗

I feel grateful to be the part of the council because I got this opportunity today to attend the seminar and I will make sure that what we Learned today is what we will implement when the school reopens , also we will all try our best to make everyone proud. Lastly I would like to thank Sister and teachers for putting in so much efforts for us.

The session started with a speech by Father Albert, he shared his valuable knowledge on being a good leader. As they say "Today a reader tomorrow, a leader." Father explained that the key to leadership is reading and how all famous leaders in the past have proved this from time to time. My learning from his speech was that a person should never stop dreaming as these dreams show who we are and to strive till the end to achieve these dreams. He emphasized never to give up, things might seem difficult at the beginning but in the end, they will be worth striving for. Lastly, he talked about the CCCCs (Critical Thinking, Collaboration, Communication, and Creativity) and talked about their significance in our life and how they can make us good leaders. Thereupon the speech was activities conducted on leadership and teamwork. These activities made me realize the importance of the responsibilities that are assigned to us and that with mere patience and teamwork we can be role models for our fellow mates. I would like to thank our Sisters, teachers, and the administrative staff for organizing this productive session for us.

These amusing activities helped in enhancing the image of leadership and teamwork in our minds. I consider myself to be fortunate for getting the chance to be an attendee of this auspicious session. As a part of the student council, I will try my best to prove this session to be of immense benefit throughout my school years and also further in my life. I found Father Albert's personal experience interesting. He gave a very big lesson today of never giving up on your dreams. Among the most profound things I took away from his speech was that dreams are like seeds, which need constant nourishment, face a lot of difficulties, and endure a long journey. However, at the end of the day, it is this journey that leads to a strong and mature plant. Despite the difficulties we encounter, if we're determined, nobody can stop us from achieving our goals. The activities arranged by the teachers were really amazing. They taught us teamwork and how a leader should work while keeping everyone's needs in mind. 
My journey as a student council member will be guided by the ethos we learned today. 
It is my sincere gratitude to our sisters, teachers, and the supporting and administrative staff for providing such an informative, interesting, and interactive session.

Father tell us that he never give up his dream and today Father Albert shared a truthful knowledge on being a leader He said " Today's a reader tomorrow , a Leader" and this is one of the very important knowledge from the session. Father Albert also say that a dream is like a seed which nourishment and it will face difficulties to grow and but one day it will become a strong and mature plant. And the activities which were conducted by our teachers were also enjoyable and knowledgeable.

The session on 'Leadershi'p was enlightening and filled with fun and frolic, throughout.  Father Albert, as well as the teachers motivated me to recognise that all of us leaders have few similar qualities and the others are calling to be discovered and can make an impact on masses. I also learned the importance of the CCCC's (Collaboration, Critical Thinking, Communication and Creativity) and how important it is to nurture my dream now, which will effect me now and later.
Later, we enjoyed some activities which were organized by our teachers, Rita Shalini ma'am and Susmi Michael ma'am. The was informal, interactive and all members of the student council had a good time participating.
