So to achieve Motivation I will not try to start with too many goals at once and try to do too much, that could Sap my energy and motivation. Motivation is to keep myself going when I don’t feel the same excitement as I did in the beginning. Perhaps something new has come into my life and my old goal isn’t as much of a priority anymore. Work toward establishing how to meet my needs . And I know my self-confidence will be further secured each time I act in my own best interest.

Also to to achieve confidence squash negative thoughts and replace them with positive ones ,I would use criticism as a learning experience, I shouldn’t reply in a defensive way or let criticism lower my self-esteem or confidence, I should listen to the criticism and make sure that I understand what is being said to me so I can use criticism as a way to learn and improve.

To achieve this I will have to become an engaged listener, By communicating in this way, I’ll also experience a process that lower stress and supports physical and emotional well-being. If the person I’m talking to is calm, for example, listening in an engaged way will help to calm you, too. Similarly, if the person is agitated, I can help calm them by listening in an attentive way and making the person feel understood. Nod occasionally, smile at the person, and make sure my posture is open and inviting. Independence is important in a work environment because, Control over your own work motivates you, there’s nobody to slow you down and no other opinions to get in your way. In the Aviation Industry this trait would be useful in Cabin crew as you will be away from home from home by sometimes by yourself for long periods of time.

Put simply, being reliable means that if you say you will do something, you will do it. People who can be trusted to follow through in the little things are the people we trust with the bigger things.
