Proton and neutrons both have the same mass but Proton is + Positive charge while neutron is neutral. Electron has a mass 2,000x smaller and they have - Negative charge. There are different type of atoms from different elements. Atom has a radius of 0.1 nanometers and most of the atom are empty space because its measured from the nucleus the the out electrons orbit.
