the way cyclones are formed is when the ocean is warm in a large body of water. and it starts forming clouds which grow bigger. and the clouds at the most recent clouds that were formed push them up and make the eye of the storm. and it makes its path and follows it. and its path was probably towards Japan and it follows this path till it dies out on the dissapation stage
