The school was decorated by the president of the country, Klaus Iohannis, in 2024, with the highest degree, the Order „"Merit for Education” in rank of Commander, thus recognizing the merits of the school for a quality education.

Mission: We exist to cultivate individuals who internalize their own culture, interpret changes and innovations accordingly, set their goals with a participatory approach, utilize current technology and combine their knowledge with their skills to pursue scientific research, produce projects, are prone to teamwork, are entrepreneurial, creative, and think from multiple perspectives, prioritize the process over the outcome, are capable of self-improvement, and possess human and moral values.

Our school has developed through several stages — from a primary school, through gimnazjum (middle school), to the modern high school it is today. This journey reflects our commitment to growth and innovation in education, constantly adapting to the needs of new generations.

CLVIII LO is also known as a language-oriented school, offering students the opportunity to study English, German, and Spanish at an advanced level. Language learning plays a key role in our curriculum, helping students open up to the world, understand other cultures, and confidently communicate in international projects.

The school aims to support students academic, social and cultural development through contemporary programs such as the Personalized Learning Model, bilingual education and coding and robotics studies.
