In the present case, I consider that the bad officials who commit crimes within the public administration should not return to hold a public office, because these improper actions make the proper functioning of the public administration stained and each time the people they believe less in the governments of the day and they do not take importance of being informed every time there are electoral elections, as a result of the fact that all the possible incoming rulers will be the same or worse than the previous ones.
