I find it really interesting that Eleanor Roosevelt went onto the Britannic when it was sinking. I find this very interesting because I can't imagine what would've happened if she didn't make it off, considering she was so scared to jump off the boat to get into the floatie.

"Eleanor still traveled all around the world, meeting world leaders. Everywhere she went, she made news. She visited Russia. She went to Japan. She went to India. In all the countries that she visited, Eleanor talked with the leaders about how their people could be helped, women and children most of all."

This shows that even though she retired United Nations, she was still inspired to make people's lives better.

I have not read much of the book yet, I am reading it now, so I do not have much :(
My favorite fact is on page 10, where you find out that Eleanor was afraid of water because she was stuck on a sinking ship as a child, but she overcomes her fear of water and ships to travel and make a change, even though she was scared she became brave so that she could accomplish her goals.

I like that Eleanor Roosevelt gave lectures about what she thought should be right, or what should happen. "People flocked to hear her speak. They paid money to listen to her." I admire that even though some people thought that she shouldn't get paid, she ignored them and gave that money to her favorite causes.
