You know, I wasn’t quite sure how to approach you at first. I tend to feel uncomfortable with change; it always scares me, and having a new face around doesn’t sound very fun. But hey! Here we are now, and I’m officially your resident bully! :D

The past few months have been so exciting and promising. I’m really happy about the plans you have for the team and how you’ve been bringing out the best in each of us. I appreciate your efforts so much! You can trust that whatever plans you have, we’ll always say “Quack!” (though you might not know if that means yes or no—at least we’re responding!)

You influenced our team to be on top, bringing out the best in us and pushing us to do more than we thought we could. Our team never fosters toxic relationships, and we are surrounded by people who share one goal: to always excel and to aim to be on top and do our best, which you have inspired as our leader. You never made me feel left behind, out or new to the team since the day I started working at REPH. Being part of our team and having you as my supervisor is always a blessing that I will be thankful for.

From the little things like how competitive and driven you are for the engagement activities we join, the great food we get to eat during RTOs, to the memorable stuff i get to be a part of, like the cake incident and the fun unique coffee talks we always do. I always end up leaving with a smile on my face.

Every time i'm in the office i always feel lucky to work here and a big part of it is having u as my team lead.

When we were introduced for the first time, I wasn't sure if we will get along. In my mind it won't matter kasi hindi naman tayo magkikita in person. Nung tumagal I felt comfortable with you as my Supervisor. You have this undeniable CherryLicious charm which makes you super approachable.
