When I am looking for calm my go to is to play a "cozy coffee shop" video on youtube that usually has calm jazz as the background music. The vibes and the music both make me feel calm and focused. (My students love these as well)

I'm not sure if this song really calms me down but it certainly puts me in a headspace that is relaxing. It is certainly less about the words (although they're amazing) and more about the music that accompanies it.

I am a big Taylor Swift so I usually listen to her music to create a calming environment. Sometimes I start to sing along instead of using it as background noise so I think I could try to listen to just the instrumental versions of her songs.

This is my personal go-to song if I want to feel a sense of calm or peace in my life. I often listen to it on my way to work or my way home if I've had a challenging day. I love the simple instrumentals and vocals.

In my classroom, to encourage a calm environment, I usually put on a seasonal meditation music video, such as this one. Youtube plays these live, so the images and sounds are always changing but are also always calming. My students enjoy them for a little bit of background noise.

I play pretty much anything without words and like to switch it up. Right now, this video is one of my favorites because it's still calming and wordless but the kids don't groan when I play it like they do for the smooth jazz and classical style music I sometimes use.
