A graduate of the University of Washington, Tim Collins began his employment with Amazon as general manager in charge of order fulfillment duties. 

After six years, Mr. Collins transitioned to a position as the company’s director of customer service operations. He subsequently led customer service operations as director before transitioning to a position as regional director of operations. Prior to accepting an executive position with Uber in 2014, he engaged as vice president of operations for the Europe region.

Mr. Collins also spent two years with Uber, during which time he spearheaded a sustained global network expansion effort that brought the firm’s presence from 60 to more than 400 urban hubs. His other achievements during this time included developing Safety Incident Response teams capable of reaching locations with speed and agility in cases of &quot;safety events.”</description>
