I felt that I had done plenty of revision and practice so on the day all went smoothly and my hard work paid off.  Although I was very nervous and unsure of what to expect the tutors Lisa and Kayleigh were fantastic and made me feel at ease and gave me the confidence i should of had in my own abilities.  The atmosphere was great, very relaxed and I very much look forward to performing this treatment again in the future.

However I felt prepared thanks to our tutors Lisa and Kayleigh and confident as I had done a lot of practice at home on family which really does pay off! I worked on a different skin type today, something I hadn't practiced on and it all went so smoothly even remembered what face mask to use! Very pleased and really enjoyed myself, can't wait to get on with learning the next module.

Doing so well in the first made me so much more confident the second time around and i was not nearly as nervous.  I think the key to doing so well is due to hard work studying at home and great support from my tutor Lisa who has been fantastic. I really look forward to Facial number three and performing many more in the future as i find this particular treatment very relaxing and rewarding for the therapist as well as the client.

It is nice to know the client is relaxed and trusts you. The assessment has made me understand the right and wrongs. It also given me the experience of other skin types. I have also learned that all clients have different skin types and different conditions and that I can identify different masks for them and some product knowledge of what products are good for there skin and what they can use at home. I feel happy and excited to carry on and the teachers are great and give you that confidence when you just feel a little unsure when doing the practical yourself. I didn't feel prepared at all. 
 
 I felt it was good to be able to run through the whole process. I received good feedback from my assessor and my client. Both were very supportive. The only negative was my nerves.
 
 It's something that we have to do. To see how we are progressing. I guess it's also good for problem solving if you're having issues.
 
 I could have made more of an effort to prepare. And not to stress when I messed up. 
 
 For the next time. I will take on board points raised in feedback and trust in my knowledge because I'm not as hopless as I think.
