If we could use the Language activity as the ice breaker - this way, participants move in the beginning and at the end instead of back to back activities. If we need to do this virtually, this could be a poll. We also spoke about maybe increasing cultural competence. But, I'm still wondering if the group prefers to develop a more general information and awareness initiative going forward, or investigate specific strategies and techniques targeting individual skills associated with Protect/Respect.  
In looking for a guided approach to areas of specific inquiry, the NASW Code of Ethics highlights six topics that might target the development of skill acquisition. Several topics in the National Association of Social Workers Code of Ethics popped out to me as integral components to enriching a Protect and Respect program; 1.02, 1.05, 1.07, 2.01, 2.04, 3.01, 3.04, 4.02, 4.05, 4.06, 5.01, 6.01.
