Culturally, all of us have individualities making us feel and think different at times when in a group. It would be important for all especially our young learners to understand where each is coming from, the peculiarity and the upbringing. It is important for a teacher to demonstrate the unity amid diversity by recalling and viewing the above-mentioned ad, film, gender and equality issues, PWDs, philosophy and religious aspects. Be it fiction or factual, learners would always adapt to what they see, think and feel so we must cater to what they have to say through a reflection. The taste of what they get from experiential learning is far different from just giving them mere theoretical discussion/s. Various "immersion" activities (during face-to-face) would equip the learners a first-hand experience of what is a "real life into it." Assigning the class a group activity is one of the simplest yet effective way to train them working with peers. Perhaps a short film or advocacy campaign (production) about a consensus on their stand about the topic might be an option for a final output. Whatever activities that we may require them, we must always inculcate in their minds that we are in a changing world, people must adapt to this without insulting nor belittling fellow citizens. As an individual who grew up with the community of Igorots from Baguio City, I was able to witness the richness of their cultures and beliefs. I didn't feel that I was different from them when some of them were my classmates before. They were very intelligent and generous to that extent that I was even challenged to be more productive individual just like them.

The story is about knowing your learners and growing together by giving one another opportunities to excel and shine. In each learning environment, it is important for a teacher to know each one of his/her learners including their uniqueness, talents, and origins, so he/she could better prepare his/her lessons fitted for the whole class. As part of our advocacy of qualitive and inclusive education, providing an avenue for collaboration will boost the participation of our learners in including learners with disabilities, uniqueness, and talents as well as members of indigenous tribes and the LGBTQIA+ community. Having a role to fulfill will uplift their confidence in class participation, and they won't definitely feel left behind.
