         <description><![CDATA[<div>My original goal was to drink 100 oz. of water a day. I then came to find out that it wasn't a very hard goal, so i did challenge myself to drink 128 oz. or 1 gallon. The reason I chose this goal is because I play basketball and track for the school, so im always physically active. To add on to me being really active, i also sweat a lot. Which is just another reason for me  to drink a lot of water.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I feel like i was very successful , i only had one day where i fell short of my original goal, every other day except for the first 3 days i was able to drink a gallon of water a day. i think what helped me the most was having a special water bottle that i would use to keep track of my intake, and also staying active and sweating made it easier to drink that much water. My biggest challenge tho was being able to find water sources, like water fountains,  when i was out in public.</div>]]></description>
