         <title>Could be better!</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I feel like I could be doing better to manage my stress. I could be doing more exercise throughout my week. I am going to aim to add 2 exercise sessions (e.g. either yoga, swimming or walking) to my week.</div>]]></description>

         <title>I felt like I was coping well for the first 5/6 weeks, however the last couple of weeks have been harder and I am feeling more &#39;stressed&#39;  with the deadline of assignments alongside work and home responsibilities. Time management is incredibly important to priorities and fit everything in as well as time for my self, trying to start to fit atleast 20mins of an evening for yoga or  relaxation time. </title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>The work is certainly full on now! I could definitely be doing more for myself.... especially more exercise. I enjoy exercise but time restraints usually means it moves down my priority list and I know it shouldn't. Aerobic exercise such as walking or cycling helps me to be more balanced.....  When I am studying my mind is super active and my body is usually not that can put me out of balance and then my sleep is affected.</div>]]></description>
