After hours and hours of being lost not knowing where my parents are the second I saw them in a distance my eyes lid up my mouth dropped and tears filled my eyes, I RAN as fast as I could and hugged them with all my strength.

"I was just minding my own business with good old Saturday bouldering morning. (rock climbing without a harness, but WAY harder) so we were anticipating to climb for about 4 hours. But my 9-year-old self did not care about my hands being sweaty so I just continued climbing. And so I climbed to the tippy top of the gym, And then that's when disaster struck. My feet slipped out from under me off of the smooth hard plastic rock. Being scared I did not want to fall, so I thought fast and decided to grab and hold onto the top with my sweaty hands. At that moment I did not realize my hands were sweaty so when I grabbed on the one second later my hands slipped off of the top and I fell. Falling from about 20 feet I did not know what to do. So I just waited to hit the giant, hard, blue, mat. Then when I hit it I knew something was wrong with my foot, and I felt so much pain hap to cry cause it hurt too much. So, my dad rushed me to the car while my mom was getting my brothers and our stuff. Then, we drove home dropped off my brothers, and my mom and dad rushed me to the ER (Emergency Room). Turned out that I had a moderated fracture to my left ankle. So, cause of that I had to wear a boot and crutches for 2 months."

''As we are heading back home after a long day of being out of the house. We returned home to see that our dog who we had for many years by now was acting strangely shaking as if he was having a seizure. We then load him in the car to take him to the vet as we are crying. We now arrived at the vet and the doctors said that he had an ear infection and it started infecting his brain as well. Moments after they tell us we start crying even longer just waiting outside of the vet for hours hoping for him to be okay.''

"I went on YouTube to find a video and found a video of a crocheted whale, and started to watch it. I understood the video and crocheted along the way. I added its eyes and fins, until, finally, it was complete.

I have a few different ways of wasting time if im waiting for something or if im bored. I like to listen to music, go on my phone or try and write. One of my favorites is writing because I consider myself a writer, and because writing helps me write my emotions out when I cant find the words for them and how I want to say or explain how I'm feeling. - rae

“It happened 3 years ago back in Russia, it was late winter. There were still some snow patches left on the ground. Me and my family went to a pharmacy to pick up some medicine. My little brother was ahead of us on the way out of there walking towards the car. When suddenly another car started backing up in his direction, since he was small, the driver couldn’t see him. My heart raced as I saw the car approaching my brother. I ran towards him, and grabbed his little body away from the car, when it was about to run over him. My mom couldn’t react fast enough, but I could. And to this day, I still believe that I saved my brothers life!”

"my frown was tuned upside down, I was so happy to finally play volleyball with my friends again but practice was so exhausting running from left to right. But the best part was playing queens at the end of practice. We play for 5 minutes about then it was my turn, I dove to save the ball my teammate called " OVER OVER OVER" and it went over but it was short, but they saved the ball and it was still in play.
