First day, I had to introduce myself before we have start the work. I have ask to work at the hotel and they give me work at receptionist and housekeeping. It's very important for the company because it will easier for the senior worker to interact with new worker. I have to follow the senior worker to learn about the receptionist. I have to learn how to communicate with the customer. Second day, after I learn about how to comunicate with customer, I need to clean up the receptionist table and the area of the table. It very important because clean area of receptionist table will attract the customer. After that, I need to follow the housekeeping which is need to clean up the room. The room must be clean, the bedsheet must be change after one it have been use.  As a housekeeping also, I need to clean up the toilet.

Be a receptionist is not easy. It because we must know everything about the hotel. Such as the size of the room, how many people can use the room. At this day, I also work at receptionist. I got the foreign customer. I need  to comMunicate in english but my language level are still in low. For this day, I was concluded that the customer who come and use PPT hotel services are people who was come here for the business. As a usually, I was seat on receptionist table to welcoming and guide the customer to use this hotel services.
