         <description><![CDATA[<div>I'm a 15 year old athlete from Central Illinois, and I'm looking for small workouts to do every night. (Under half an hour.) I would like to focus on arms and core, because I'm in track and my legs get enough of a workout as is. Every night I'll pick an exercise to do off of this board and complete it. I have access to dumbbells if need be. Thank you, and it'd be much appreciated if you would help this get around.</div>]]></description>
