ONE SENTENCE Description:
A loyalty program that rewards your spending across JIM, Dairy Farm group, Mandarin Oriental Hotels and JRG.

The CUSTOMER NEED it addresses:
Customers love a good deal and companies love loyal customers.  A customer spending on a vehicle service could earn points and redeem a beverage at 7-11 or even a nights stay at a Mandarin Oriental and having a meal at JRG across the globe when enough points have been accumulated.  Customer data amongst different business units could be used for marketing and promotions giving our customers the good deals regularly.

How it WORKS:
An app to be developed that allows customers to earn and redeem points when spending in JIM, Dairy Farm Group Mandarin Oriental Hotels and JRG

WHO is involved, both in building and using it.
JIM, Dairy Farm Group, Mandarin Oriental Hotels and JRG and the customers across all BUs.
