One political issue is teacher shortage. In January of 2023 there was a notable shortage of teachers teaching outside of their field by 30%. I plan to take action by addressing why there is a shortage in teaching. I found these reasons why there is a shortage of teachers because their is bad pay, their working condition, lack of support, lack of autonomy, and change of curriculum. Here are some more reasons why there is a teaching shortage in Alabama low pay, a strong economy, bitter politics, academic burnout.

One political issue in Alabama is safety. I plan to take action to prevent criminals hurting the great state of Alabama. Here are some facts about Alabama. In 2017 it is recorded that Alabama is 7th overall. And Alabama ran a vote about the concern on public safety 1 out of 5 1 being the least concerned and 5 being the most concerned. The average was a 4.10 out of 5 which means that the people who took the survey are really concerned about Alabama.

political Issues: Healthcare Issues

Another political Issue has to do with healthcare in Alabama. One way I choose to address this is by telling some facts. In 2022 according to America's Health Rankings in 2022 Alabama was ranked 46 out of 50. From 2019 to 2020 34% increase of people who died of drugs. Between 2017 to 2021 there was an increase of 86% of people who use e-cigarettes from 4.9% to 9.1%. But there are still good things about the healthcare in Alabama like for instance we have a really high rate of high school graduates. We also a low rate of people drink excessively.

This communicates that the future of the great state of Alabama should vote for me and I will, and I really really mean this, I will make this the best state in the whole United States of America. When I said "future of the great state of Alabama" what I meant by that is the future like a good one is if you hopefully vote for me. I put this up here because I think that people in the area of Alabama, especially Birmingham should help clean up all this bad litter and waste. I feel like it is pretty obvious that the people in Birmingham should help clean up the mess they made for a good future.

It will also attract the people of Alabama who are voting for the Governor by the bright colors on the logo. I also chose this to make it really really easy for people to know which box to put the right vote in the right box.
