It was originally found in&nbsp; tomb of Rio Azul.&nbsp; It was originally served cold and was called "chocolatl" and was often mixed with other ingredients such as Water, Cornmeal, Chili Peppers, and others. It often had base flavors of vanilla and other cold served spices. Although this drink was usually reserved for the wealthy.</div>]]></description>

         <title>Instructions: Make Hot Chocolate From Scratch!</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><br>1.) Combine the cocoa, sugar, water, and salt in a medium saucepan.<br><br>2.) Over medium heat, stir constantly until the mixture boils. Cook, stirring constantly for 1 minute.<br><br>3.) Stir in the milk and heat, but do not boil.<br><br>4.)Remove from the heat and add vanilla; stir well. Serve immediately.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>For individual servings, pour 1 cup whole milk into a microwave-safe mug, and microwave on high just until hot. Add 2 tablespoons of cocoa mix, and stir to dissolve. For a larger batch of cocoa, warm the milk in a saucepan set over medium-low heat, taking care not to let the milk boil; as it warms, stir in 2 tablespoons of mix for each cup of milk.</div>]]></description>
