Belief
This is important to make people believe that the work they are doing is actually worthwhile and contributes something positive to communities/society, is makes a person feel good about their work and feel motivated to work harder
Encouragement
Everyone likes to be valued and also encouraged to do well and believe in themselves. A workplace that encourages people to learn and grow benefits both the organisation and the people who work there.
