Need to have some decorations to lively the mood for raya event

1. May need more engagement with the invited guests (M³ partners, beneficiaries & residents) by the organisers so that they feel more welcome.

2. As host, avoid standing around the vicinity while talking among ourselves.

- Optics to audiences coming to event is not so good

3. There were no designated/planned activities for the invited M³ partners representatives to look forward to for networking both between each other & with organisers. Hence, they are not obligated to stay for long.

4. Need better comms for future crowd control/management between organisers & emcees.

- We need to create special seats for SM & some Advisors- when they decide to seat back & watch Ramli Sarip performance)

5. Don't need so many representatives (maximum M3 chairman & 1 rep from each MAEC) in the advisors' welcome team. Some senior GRLs should be focusing on the invited guests & residents

5. Must always remember that the event is not meant for advisors but for the residents. Hence organisers must focus on residents so that they feel welcome & will look forward to future events.

Should have publicize the transport service from PRE & PRW more.

I feel that the timeline is sufficient..

Just nice for the meet up either via zoom or face to face to plan for the Hari Raya event.

The time for the event was also just nice from 4pm-7pm.

better to hold it at a Pasir Ris venue with a more concentrated Malay population who might come across the concert while shopping or walking around

To add a pre-marketing campaign. Having a competition on Instagram like singing. Can include influencers and singers to pre- launch and #hashtag

Add artist that can pull crowd like masdo etc. can go to entertainment company. And use EMC
