         <title>RECIPE FOR CARAWAY AND RYE CRACKERS</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>Ingredients</strong></div><div>¾ teaspoon caraway seeds</div><div>¾ cup all-purpose flour<br>3 tablespoons olive oil<br>2 tablespoons rye flour<br>½ teaspoon kosher salt<br>Flaky sea salt</div><div><strong>Preparation</strong></div><div>Preheat oven to 400°. Grind caraway seeds until coarsely ground. Transfer to a food processor. Add all-purpose flour, oil, rye flour, and kosher salt and process to combine. With the motor running, pour in ¼ cup water and continue to process until mixture resembles wet sand. Knead dough until smooth. Roll it out until you can almost see through it. Transfer to a parchment-lined rimmed baking sheet. Sprinkle dough with sea salt.</div><div>Bake cracker until golden brown, 14–16 minutes.Brake into irregular pieces.</div><div><strong>Recipe by </strong>Andy Baraghani</div>]]></description>
