The review was very effective because it says how the service was bad but the next time they visited the restaurant the service was 10 times better. So it shows how service of a restaurant can change during the month.

While Yelp reviews tend to have more reviews but can't really give you that experience. When watching a video you can see the person as they eat the food so you can see their reactions to the food and how they would actually feel about it.
