Throughout the process of creating our AI-assisted learning resource on Thermodynamics, our group experienced a number of successes that made this project both educational and rewarding. One major strength was the smooth collaboration among all group members. From the beginning, we communicated actively through WhatsApp and collaborated in real time using shared platforms such as Google Docs and Canva. Each member contributed based on their individual strengths—some focused on research, others on video creation or assessment design, and this division of tasks allowed us to work more efficiently. One of the most helpful aspects was our use of AI tools like Canva Ai, ChatGPT, which significantly boosted our productivity. We used AI to generate simplified explanations of complex concepts such as the Laws of Thermodynamics, thermal equilibrium and its applications . These tools helped us present difficult physics topics in a way that was engaging and easy for our target audience to understand. We also found that the AI helped with brainstorming creative ideas for how to present content visually and interactively, such as incorporating quizzes, simulator, comics and infographics into our final product.

Despite the positive experience, we also encountered several challenges along the way. One of the main difficulties was related to technical issues with the digital tools we used. For example, sometimes Padlet would not save our work properly, or Canva would lag during video editing. We overcame these problems by assigning one technically skilled group member to handle all uploads and formatting, which streamlined the process. Another significant challenge was the tendency to over-rely on AI-generated content during the early stages of our project. While the AI gave us a strong foundation to build on, we realized that the information it provided was sometimes too general or not entirely aligned with the KSSM Form 4 syllabus. As a solution, we cross-checked all AI-generated content with our class notes and textbook to ensure accuracy and relevance. There were also some moments where group members worked at different paces, causing delays. We addressed this by setting internal deadlines and encouraging regular updates in our group chat, which helped us stay coordinated and meet our final deadline on time.

From this experience, we learned several important lessons about using AI in educational content creation. Firstly, AI is an incredibly useful assistant, but it should never replace the critical thinking and judgment of human creators. It helped us save time, structure our materials, and suggest ideas, but we had to carefully adapt and refine that content to suit our goals and audience. We also learned that while AI can enhance creativity, the final success of the project still depends heavily on our collaboration, communication, and willingness to revise our work. In addition, using AI encouraged us to think more innovatively about teaching—prompting us to create interactive elements like quizzes and videos that could appeal to visual and auditory learners. It was a valuable opportunity to see how technology and education can work hand-in-hand to improve learning experiences.

Looking ahead, we believe that there are several ways this project could be improved. For one, we would allocate more time for reviewing and editing the AI-generated content, as this step was crucial in ensuring quality. We would also consider incorporating other AI tools, such as animation software or voice narration apps, to diversify our learning materials even further. Another suggestion would be to assign clearer roles and responsibilities at the start of the project, so everyone knows exactly what they are accountable for. This would help avoid miscommunication and allow the team to function even more efficiently. Overall, this project has not only deepened our understanding of Thermodynamics but also taught us how to harness the power of AI tools in a thoughtful and responsible way. It was a meaningful experience that showed us the potential of technology to transform education when used wisely and collaboratively.

Last but not least, this project really make me explore to have a good preparation for my future to do the class materials or lesson plans even I can have more creative ways to make my students have passions and interest in physics. Thank you my groupmates, Alif, Hakimin and Athirah , great to have you to work together and thank you Dr for 14 weeks teaching and making us to have more interest to the technology in education.

Throughout our project, I had a great experience working with my group to create an AI-assisted learning resource. From the beginning, we communicated actively through WhatsApp and collaborated using Google Docs and Canva. Everyone gave their best whether in research, designing materials, creating quizzes, or editing videos. This teamwork helped us stay organised and finish everything on time.

We used many AI tools to support our work. ChatGPT helped us simplify topics like thermal equilibrium and the laws of thermodynamics. Canva AI and Magic Write were useful for designing posters and writing content. We also used Skybox AI to create spooky background visuals, and Text-to-Image AI to design characters for our Halloween theme. Tools like Tome AI, SlidesAI, and Quillbot made it easier to generate slides and improve our language.

Of course, we faced some challenges. Canva sometimes lagged, and Padlet didn’t save properly. To handle this, we assigned one member to manage all final uploads. We also noticed that some AI content was too general, so we cross-checked everything with the textbook to make sure it matched the Form 4 KSSM syllabus.

This project taught us that AI is a useful tool, but it should support, not replace our own thinking. It helped us be more creative and made Physics more engaging, but human effort and teamwork were still the key to success.

Finally, thank you to my groupmates Alif, Tam, and Athirah for your great teamwork, and to Dr for 14 weeks of guidance and support. This project helped me feel more ready to prepare creative and fun teaching materials in the future.

During this project, one thing that worked very well was our clear division of tasks. Everyone understood their roles, which made it easier for me to focus on designing the interactive assessment based on the thermal equilibrium topic. Using platforms like Wordwall and Kahoot allowed me to create fun and engaging activities, especially the crossword and drag-and-drop games, which were well-aligned with the DSKP.

One challenge I faced was selecting appropriate question types that matched the learning objectives without being too difficult or too simple. It was also tricky to ensure each question reflected actual understanding of thermal equilibrium, not just memorization. I overcame this by testing the questions with group members and revising them based on their feedback.

From this project, I learned a lot about how AI tools like ChatGPT, Canva, and Quizizz can support teaching and learning. These tools helped me design questions more creatively and saved a lot of time in generating ideas and feedback. I also realized the importance of aligning content with curriculum standards like DSKP.

If we were to do this again, I would suggest integrating more multimedia elements into the assessment like sound, video or snippets, and perhaps exploring new AI tools like Genially for more interactive escape room experiences. Overall, this project helped me understand how technology and teamwork can enhance education in fun and meaningful ways.

Last but not least, I would like to thank my groupmates, Tam, Hakimin and Alif for their support, cooperation, and creativity throughout the project. Everyone contributed with dedication, and I really enjoyed working and learning alongside all of them. 😊

On our journey of creating an AI- assisted learning resource, i had so many experiences with my team and also gained new knowledge and skills about AI learning. Our project begins with active discussions on whatsapp group and face-to-face meeting, which everyone voices their idea and creativity to make sure this project goes well and organize. Where we discuss about what learning contents will be used, project design and creating assessment with AI. Everyone were assigned to each part on this project and was very committed. Even though everyone was working on their each part as we divide on early discusssion, we still helped each other and assist our friend.

It was interesting to know many AI tools which we can use in teaching like Canva AI, Skybox, Brisk Teaching and Kahoot. All these tools are very helpful in teaching and will be usefull for my friends and i as future teachers. For this project, our learning content is about KSSM Form 4 Physics Thermal Equilibrium. My task is to find any learning sources which alligned to DSKP like lecture videos and tutorial, then integrate it into AI tools for fun learning. I realize advancement in this AI tools for teaching will help students' interest in class by fun learning content and games. So as a future teacher, we have to prepare ourself by build strong skills on technology. I have use brisk teaching as we learned on previous class for my learning content which i convert the lecture videos on youtube to notes slide and also podcast. It was amazing there are such powerful tools and free to use for teaching.

One challenge that i face is on how to insert the learning content that i have create into the Canva Website. But glad to have such my friends like Tam, Hakimin and Tira which assist me a lot for this project. I also realized my insufficient skills about some technology before learn this FCE3401. But

after this class, i have learn a lot and improved myself. If there are next project similar like this, i would suggest to expand the learning content style like song or bot to ask any questions.

Lastly, i would like to thanks Dr and all my team Tam, Tira and Kimin for their support and helpful assist. I really enjoy in this FCE3401 where i learn a lot from Dr and my friends. Working with them have improves my skills on technology for education.
