This process allowed us to have an open conversation about goal setting for next year.

During the school year my school went from a pull out RSP program to full inclusion. So it was an adjustment on my roll inside the classroom. The cycles allowed me to try new things and able to determine what works and doesn’t work in regards to student achievements. My coach was a big help in expressing ideas and directing me in the right direction and I am so thankful for her.

During this time I will review notes and students will get the chance to ask questions on areas they are struggling with. 

During the test students are able to use the notes they took in class and small group instruction. 

One of my students recently worked really hard and earn his highest grade ever  on a math test!

I find that students come to me for support in the classes I do inclusion, as well as, on their break and lunch. They also come to be with personal stories, good and bad, about what is going on in life. With the relationships I have with my students I am able to help them be successful because I have a better understanding of who they are. The relationship I have with my students is the one I am proudest of.
