Our organization is called "Level the Field," and and our slogan is, "Same game. Same chance." Our organization was created in order to raise money and collect sports equipment for underprivileged children who enjoy sports. Everyone deserves an equal chance to be good at something they love, no matter their background. Our slogan promotes fairness and equality among athletes and provides inspiration to all.

3 objectives that your organization will accomplish:

Our organization will run at least 10 sporting equipment drives in order to raise revenue and collect equipment.
Our organization will create several sporting leagues for underprivileged children to participate in.
Our organization will establish a partnership with another brand/company, such as Dick's Sporting Goods, to spread our message and expand our campaign.

Children who have a love for sports but cannot afford the proper equipment will benefit from Level the Field. In order to create equality on the field, we strive to raise money and collect equipment so no athlete can be held back by their financial situation.

How will we reach each objective?

We will host such drives in areas where our target consumers will be able to find us. For example, we will host drives outside of popular sports stores and advertise them on social media to gain attention. We will attempt to host at least 1 drive each month to exceed our original goal of 10.
In order to create a league, we can try to get engagement by finding participants. With enough participants, we can supply equipment for the children in the league to share and borrow. By doing this, we can let children explore different sports without the burden of purchasing expensive equipment. We will create different teams and promote positivity and fairness amongst our players.
Creating a partnership with Dick's Sporting Goods was created as a goal to attract young sports players and encourage them to contribute to making a difference in the sports community. We will reach out to various locations, and upon getting a response, we will organize a campaign.

One problem that people face in the world today is the high rate of crime. According to Social Disorganization Theory, high crime rates are caused by poverty, instability, and a disorganized community. According to the Children's Defense Fund, among the 74 million children living in the United States, 11 million live in poverty. It is important to help these underprivileged children so they do not turn to crime. Therefore, we established Level the Field to reduce this risk. Sports promote physical activity, encourage the development of productive interests, and foster a strong sense of community. Level the Field provides these children with sporting equipment and leagues in the hopes of preventing negative outcomes for these children. In addition, we want to give them the opportunity to pursue their passions without financial constraints.

Our organization is reaching out in solidarity by supporting underprivileged children and their families. Level the Field recognizes their struggles as our shared concern. By offering equipment and sporting leagues, we show that we are committed to supporting them, not just giving charity. Furthermore, we follow the Call to Family, Community, and Participation by creating a sports program that brings children and families together. Level the Field helps build strong bonds and fosters a sense of community. We also follow Rights and Responsibilities by advocating for every child's right to play, grow, and learn in a safe environment while encouraging our community to take responsibility for helping those in need.
