They have the ability to shrink and still act like circuits.&nbsp;Unlike silicone which cant after being shrunken to a certain size.  Scientist are still making test and fixing the device.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Stanford researchers found two new semiconductors that can rust like silicon. They can also be only a few atoms thick and still function as circuits. Silicon has been the main semiconductor for electronics but it doesn't work well after being shrunk to less than five nanometers. The scientists still have to refine the contacts between translators and work to help control the oxidized insulators. </div>]]></description>
