I chose the quote “Horror on earth is real and it is every day. It is like a flower or like the sun; it cannot be contained.” I chose this quote because when I read it it made me think about the real world and how much crime goes on today and that no matter how much we try it is unstoppable, but it also made me realize how the author compares crime to positive things like a flower and the sun, she could’ve compared it to a weed and darkness but I believe that she wanted to show that crime and murder is real and it cannot be contained but neither can happiness, if you chose to spread happiness and positivity in the world instead of crime and hate, the world might be a better place, crime will never go away but we can try to make a change and spread positivity and love instead of hate. If you only focas on the negatives in the world like death and murder you will never move on but if you focas on positive things like love and you cherish every moment then you will be a lot happier.

Ashley’s experience in foster care wasn’t pleasant but in the end she was adopted by a family that cared about her more than she ever thought anyone would. It’s relevant to the fact that her whole life was in foster care and she’ll never forget where she came from, started at.

I chose this quote because of many reasons. One of them being Harry had been exposed to many lies growing up in the book. He was raised without the knowledge that wizards existed. He didn’t know that his parents were wizards until an old guy came and told him he was himself a wizard. Another reason is that he never really got told the truth until he had to save the stone. Harry’s journey was filled with lies and betrayal, twists and turns. The truth is a beautiful and terrible thing, and Harry understood it as both himself through his journey.
