Zian has shown great progress in learning about his body! He can name basic body parts such as his arms, legs, and head, and he understands what these parts do. For example, he knows that his legs help him to run and jump. Zian is also improving his spatial awareness, which means he can understand where he is in relation to other objects. He is learning to distinguish his left from his right, which is very important for moving around safely.

Zian has good posture, standing tall and straight, which helps him feel strong and confident. He loves drawing pictures of himself on the blackboard and enjoys sharing his artwork with friends. Drawing is a fun way for him to express what he has learned about his body and how it works. Zian’s hard work and practice are helping him to improve every day!

Fine Motor Skills:

Zian has shown remarkable improvement in his fine motor skills, especially in his cutting abilities, which has helped him gain more confidence. He enjoys participating in peg board activities, where he can practice placing pegs into the board, enhancing his hand–eye coordination. Additionally, he loves playing with play dough, especially when he shapes it into circles, which helps strengthen his hands and fingers. I’m very proud of his improved pencil grip, which is evident in the neatness of his work. Keep it up! His dedication to these activities is truly commendable and will help him grow even more skilled.

Zian has been working hard on his gross motor skills! He can jump, hop, run, and even do froggy jumps. He really enjoys Buzzi Bodies on Wednesdays, where he takes part in fun games and exercises. He loves participating in obstacle courses, which help him practise his jumping and running.

Sometimes, he still finds certain balance activities a little tricky, but that is perfectly normal. With continued practice and enjoyable exercises, he will improve over time. Zian is making excellent progress, and we are very proud of him!

Zian is doing a fantastic job recognising shapes! He is becoming more confident when participating in morning ring with his friends. He can identify different shapes such as circles, squares, and triangles. He enjoys pointing out these shapes during activities, which helps him learn even more.

Zian is also excellent at noticing colours around him. He confidently observes colours outside, such as the green leaves on trees and the blue sky. This skill helps him connect what he learns in class with the world around him. Keep up the great work, Zian!

Zian has made wonderful progress at school! He can now say goodbye to his mum and dad without needing his monkey for comfort, which shows how much he has grown. He can eat independently and use the bathroom on his own. Zian is also very confident talking to his teacher when he needs something or wants to share a story. He enjoys playing with different friends and can also have fun on his own. He is learning to share his toys with others, which is a fantastic accomplishment for him!

Zian is becoming very confident in his literacy skills! During morning ring, he enjoys talking about the days of the week, months of the year, and the seasons. He loves discussing the weather with his friends, and he shows great confidence when he does this. Zian is also starting to be more comfortable with phonetic sounds. He can identify objects that start with specific sounds, which helps him learn even more.
