Excited and grateful for the opportunity to join the Director+ team! I think we are going to be able to accomplish so much more as a company this year with our new org structure.

I have SO MANY ideas but also need to remember that we may need to sit on some of these to keep things consistent for our trainers for a while as we all adapt to the changes that have already happened.
