I have chosen the third project, the DARPA Urban challenge. This project is by far my favorite one. First things first, if we develop this project enough ~~this project~~, we can apply it to the medical domain ~~of medecine,~~ as it is nowadays really helpful to transport people on long distances without the help of a driver. Then, I reckon that having a car that pilots itself is a gain of space, as we can put someone injured ??????? instead of a driver focused on the road. Finally, without a self-driving car, if the pilot is injured during the warfare, he must stop driving. Here, the car is self driving, so in the context of a guerrilla warfare, even if the one on the seat of the driver is injured, the car will still be able to transport all the people inside.
In my opinion, an AI should be accessible to everyone to win/ receive an award. It should be easy to use, even for an old person, or disabled person. I ~~think~~ believe that nowadays we focus too much on the majority of people, such as young men, but we should also think about those that we ~~usually~~ often forget. Furthermore, an AI should be better than the previous one . the one ~~who~~ that preceded it. Finally, it should not be very expensive for the ~~ones~~ people who want to use it, and to the scientists that research ???? it.

My favourite is the sixth innovation, called ~~it's~~ Apple's Siri . The assistant for iPhone, uses artificial intelligence technology to anticipate users' needs and give cheeky reactions. We are a generation ~~where~~ we always have our phone with us, so we can use Siri when we need it. But Siri has become much more useful in recent years. Indeed it has many features like disableding an alarm, turneding on a playlist, found ...etc All this to make our life easier ~~simplify our life~~. In addition, Siri Sire can be very useful for blind people who just have to talk to their phone.
Moreover, I think one of the criteria wshould be if ~~that~~ technology~~ies~~ helps Humanity in daily life with the services that make AI in healthcare, transport, space or banking. If it is able to protect us, without becoming e a threat ~~for~~ to Humanity.

To me the DARPA Urban Challenge is the most useful Artificial Intelligence system. It There has always been ~~as much~~ ~~countries~~ guerrilla warfare in guerillas, as in so many countries that threatens~~ed civils~~ civilians in the streets, that I believe ~~that~~ DARPA will save many lives! Moreover I would point that this technology should ~~stay~~ only be used as an assistant for humans. Unlike human intelligence, I do not think that it could become a threat for Humanity. Even if Transformers become reality 🤔 That is why I actually consider the DARPA Urban Challenge as a great idea and creation ! To conclude I think that AI technology ~~ies~~ should receive an award only if it helps Humanity in its fullfilment, if it is able to protect us, without becoming e a threat ~~for~~ to Humanity but also for the whole Wworld and its entire diversity.

make As far as I’m concerned I chose Deep Blue. I ~~chose~~ like this A.I system best because I think it’s the one that most deserves an award. There are many reasons. One of these reasons is because this Deep Blue achieved such an incredible feat by defeating the chess champion in 1997. People were surprised and Garry Kasparov was so shocked that he accused Deep Blue of cheating. Another one is that Deep Blue is very powerful, it can evaluate 200 millions positions per second so this A.I deserves to be rewarded for this exceptional ability. So in my opinion, an application of A.I deserves an award if it‘s surprising and amazing because it can surpass human actions , and moreover if it achieves such a feat and makes history ~~marks time positively~~. And clearly it’s also obvious that an application A.I mustn’t go against the environment.

To my mind Deep Blue is the A.I system that attracts me the most. This artficial intelligence ~~became clever~~ was smarter than human. In fact Deep Blue beat h~~as beaten~~ the world chess champion Garyy Kasparov in 1997. Even Kasparov didn't accepted his defeat. He accused this machine learning of cheating. Deep blue was ~~capable~~ able to evaluate 200 positions per second, which is superhuman. Moreover I find this technology amazing, most of all at that time ~~this period~~, as this happened in 1997 ~~only~~. According to me Deep blue should be rewarded. Firstly for the action it accomplished but mostly for the intelligence of Deed ~~blue's~~ Blue creators. They succeeded to in imitating the human brain but have gone beyond by creating an A.I smarter than the human. This is why I strongly believe that Deep blue should receive an award for ~~his~~ its exploit. As far as I am concerned Deep blue is a great example of what an application of A.I should ~~have~~ meet to receive an award. Indeed an A.I must bring something new and suprise the world to be ~~rewarded~~ awarded a prize. Also it should be something with a technology that overshadows the human brain without completly erasing it.

For me, I prefer the seventh invention which is Xbox's Kinect. I think believe this is an invention that is remarkable in the field of video games and is a the first in this area. Indeed, we usually play with a controller where it's only the tip of our fingers that controls what is happening on the screen. Thanks to Xbox's Kinect, which is able to predict our direction and our movements, we can play video games and do physical activities at the same time. His This artificial intelligence is just amazing. For an application of A.I to receive a prize, it must be convincing and above all it must be an application that has never been seen before. I believe driverless cars in general are pretty impressive. A driverless car in the DARPA Urban Challenge is mind blowing but a race is probably easier than true urban environment because the emulation of an urban guerilla warfare environment seems far from reality so, to my mind, Google self-driving cars seem a little more impressive. As far as I’m concerned, an A.I should bring something new in order to win an award. I believe the more an A.I contributes to saving lives or to everyday life, the higher should be their chances to win an award be . As long as they are innovative, they should have a chance.

According to me the computer Watson proves that Artificial Intelligence is evolving ~~evolve~~ in this world. In ~~orde~~r other words???????? the computer Watson created by IBM beat two champions of US TV series Jeopardy at their own game in 2011. This information is just incredible due to the fact that a computer was able to beat two humans . That is to say that A.I can think like a human . As far ~~for~~ as I'm concerned the creteria that of an application of A.I should meet is the capacity to record remember ????? because the A.I can reduce mistakes while humans can forget ~~this~~ mistakes and the second creterion is to imitate human. This criterion is unbelievable because of machines don't have counsciouness and they can imitate humans .

From my point of view, Apple’s Siri is one of the A.I systems that allows (provides) daily help to ~~his~~ its users. To put into context, we always have our phones with us so we can use Siri when we need it. On the one hand, this A.I contains all our information from phone apps. So Siri can anticipate users’ needs. On the other hand, I believe that this A.I can help people who have difficulty reading and seeing. In fact, they just have to speak to Siri ~~who~~ when they want to call, send a message, take a photo… We can do anything on our phone by talking to a A.I ! I'd like to end by saying that Apple’s Siri should receive an award for ~~his~~ its daily assistance and for ~~his~~ its information’s diversity.📱

In my opinion, the best artificial intelligence is Siri. Indeed Siri, a software created by Apple, is a voice ~~support~~ assistant on iPhone, iPad and mac that advises the user. The software recognizes the voice of the owner, you can say "s~~aid~~ Hey Siri" and it answers you. Thanks to him, you can program an alarm clock, call someone, send a message, ask him questions about everything and try to best meet the needs of the user. So Siri can anticipate users’ needs. Siri is a first step towards the artificial intelligence of the future, which can be seen in films about the future because robots will be able to hold conversations with humans as Siri.

So, to my mind an application of A.I deserves an award if it’s amazing, if it surprises the public and if the A.I has an ability to answer to a need instantly, because in our society humans need a lot of help and today Siri is the best software ~~who~~ that respects these criteria. This is why I strongly believe that Siri should receive an award for ~~his~~ its help.

In my opinion, the IA Deep Blue deserves to receive a prize for its inventor, its creator has succeeded to in creating a machine more perfomante to failure than the race that created it can be said "the student have exceeded the master ( is smarter than )". Deep blue has managed to beat a human being who ~~has~~ created this game for over 15 century. I think this is the most impressive AI and it shows that the AI still has a lot of things in store for us. It is our future, as long as "these goals are aligned with ours because if it's not we're in trouble" Stephen Hawking.

Why I used Siri: First Siri is a vocal and virtual assistant and his name says it all. You can ask him for tasks to do like helping you with your homework, making lists/calls back so you don't forget and you can even control your house. Siri is in multiple things: headphones, telephones, computers ; it is really something omnipresent. If we need help, we can call him and he'll appear to help you. Siri is incredibly evolved because he can recognize your own voice to activate it. He can make jokes or ~~put on~~ play some music for you . That's why I love Siri as it he helps you all the time.

In my opinion, the most important AI is the Google Car. In fact self-driving cars can be the solution of to car accidents. That's why a lot of car brands work on self-driving cars. For example, Tesla have developped this capacity almost to its full potential on their cars. But Tesla's car needs a driver. However, google car ~~don't~~ doesn't need one ~~any driver~~ and ~~are~~ is 100 % autonomous ~~at 100%~~. That one of the feature of AI. AI have to be autonomous at 100%. In To my mind , this AI system is better than the other ones for many reasons, in addition to be able to avoid accidents, it can help people who can't drive cars. It can be accessible ~~for~~ to everybody and everywhere. If only self-driving cars ~~are~~ were able to circulate, the ~~circulation~~ traffic would be perfect. But now this is not the case. That's why google is pushing for legislations.
We know that google work hard on the AI at different scales. Google self-driving cars can be the future of ~~circulation~~ transportation means. It can be better for everyone and solves critical problems. But it ~~have~~ has to be perfectly programmed. In fact any error can be fatal.

In my opinion, the best artificial intelligence is Siri. Siri has the potential to be much more inclusive and empowering than he is. Nevertheless, I am grateful for what Siri is able to do now.
I find myself using Siri more often lately. I ask about weather, sports scores and sends text messages. Using the "Hey, Siri" prompt is faster than unlocking my phone and going, for example, to the Weather app. Likewise, using only my voice saves my eyes and my hands from fatigue. Thus, Siri is not only a feature, but also an accessibility tool.
The main reason to use and appreciate Siri is accessibility. This should not be taken lightly. Siri is really helpful for people with visual and motor delays because you can do things just by using your voice. In conclusion Siri should receive a award.
