My mom has this recipe for a green bean casserole that's just sinful. Green beans, cream of mushroom, and fried onion toppings. It gives me a certain superpower every time it ends up at the table. What superpower is this, you ask? It gives me the power to make it -disappear-.

Joy doesn't happen on its own, it must be created! We're about to jump the Thanksgiving hurdle and suddenly we'll find ourselves in the midst of the Season. No matter what (or if) we celebrate this time of year, one thing can be constant: Joy! Even though the world looks like it might implode on itself, we have the ability to live life with our own chosen lenses. Let's build, create, manifest, and seed Joy at every step. Instead of just limping along with a finite focus on the Holiday break, thrive each day and make this window of time a Season of Joy!

Thanks to the Wolfpack for being my people! I loved being a Tiger, tolerated life as a Tarheel (Duke fan here:), but I love the Wolfpack!
