2. We can shut down the mindsets of societies towards women being defined by beauty standards by combatting negativity by promoting body positivity, intelligence and authenticity through online, at the office, in school, and wherever you go.

3. The most painful reality I'm facing as a girl is being open and honest about my thoughts. Sometimes it can be hard to share my experiences with others, although it can play an important role in giving other women a voice because I'm constantly being judged by everything I say or do.

Sometimes u cant change the peoples perception as some can be very adamant, if the thoughts are not in line with yours, stay away and choose who supports you. Know what you want and choose those around you wisely. I ignored people who are toxic and also have strong judgement. Don't look at failures as failures..but look at it as lessons learned

3. The most painful realities women are struggling against for this issue.
Some women can hurt other women ..most importantly know those who can support you and push you to be better and when u move up the career ladder always know what is your priority

4.The ideal state we believe is most worth working towards for this issue
Always believe in yourself and get help when needed, don't just keep quiet, be strong and know what you want ...learn how to communicate better particularly in diplomatically answering to the issues raised.

How society and people around are always underestimate women's idea and opinion sometimes annoyed me. 

However, as a woman living in modern era, I should only focus on myself and do whatever I want to. Chasing my dreams and just ignore all bad words from people. I know myself better than anyone else. Women should not be afraid of change.

Sometimes we’re stuck in mindsets and stigmas of others and we can’t break through. We shift the blame to others but we ourselves aren’t doing anything to move forward and get out of all social stigmas or demeaning mindset. We should reach out, break out of it and bring each other on a higher ground rather than finding someone or something to blame. 

Women are beautifully created with all our charms and witts. All that makes us women, makes us something more. Embrace yourself and each other. Sending love and support to everyone ❤️
