These are cases that will be closed shortly but are still missing some files. Cases must have all of the relevant documents together before they can be sent to archives. I matched the caseworker to the file and then sent them emails asking if they had the other parts of the files. It's extremely important that all of the volunteer attorney's have an active PA license to practice law so once a year, an SCCA staff member will use a website to check their licenses. They like to make sure that each child is given something new so that they feel special.
