In the video about Memory by CyberPsych, I found that learning is quite the complex process as it is impossible without memory. Learning and Memory go hand in hand. Learning something would be recurrent if one had a poor memory, or one who had poor skills to reinforce his or her memory.

In the video about Memory by CyberPsych, I found the three stages of memory to be quite interesting. Moreover, the interval that the Short Term Memory (STM) can hold the information is only a mere 30 seconds. However, this can be altered or lengthened as using certain mechanisms such as maintenance rehearsal can lengthen the interval in which one can hold information in the SHORT TERM MEMORY stage.
