All students will learn the English language.

Have no reason to need to have extra classes for students (beyond what is already offered).

Let students either succeed or fail on their own accord.

All regular classes are taught the same with the responsibility falling entirely on the student.

Student is expected to be at the same level as peers even if they have no knowledge of the English language.
